Episode 1 - The Art of Joy

What does it mean to simply live well? Rest culture, pleasure activism, and why joy is a political act.

In the first episode of GRND Live, host Jennifer Walton sat down with three voices at the intersection of culture, community, and creative work to ask a question that sounds simple but runs deep: what does it actually look like to live joyfully?

The conversation ranged from the politics of rest to the weight of performance, from pleasure as resistance to the simple acts of self-preservation that go unnoticed.

Our guests brought their full selves into the room, and the room felt it and returned the energy.

This was not a panel, or a podcast. This was a conversation that went exactly where it needed to go.
